Inbound Support: Respond to incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information. Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads, qualify prospects, set appointments, and drive conversions. Sales Targets: Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversions. CRM & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and update CRM systems. Customer Relationship: Build rapport, handle objections professionally, and ensure client satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Learn and stay updated on product/service features for effective communication. Team Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and support teams to streamline campaigns and improve results. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred. Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is advantageous Essential Skills Excellent Communication: Clear, persuasive verbal and written skills. Active Listening: Understand customer needs through attentive listening. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain positive attitude. Persuasion & Negotiation: Comfort in influencing decisions and handling objections. Time Management: Efficiently manage high call volumes and multiple tasks. Problem-Solving: Resolve queries and complaints with patience and tact. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), MS Office, and data entry.
