Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Identify areas of improvement through process audits and provide recommendations for enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor progress.
Develop audit plans, programs, and procedures to achieve audit objectives efficiently.
Provide training on auditing techniques to team members as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in Internal Audit or related field (Banking/BFSI).
Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and regulations (e.g., SOX).
Excellent analytical skills with ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Effective communication skills with ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
