Roles and Responsibilities Manage site engineering activities, including project execution, planning, and monitoring. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on construction sites. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and collaboration. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction engineering). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental laws applicable to the real estate industry. Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
