Key Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development (BD) Intern KRAs

• Market Research & Opportunity Identification

1. Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the solar renewable industry.
2. Assist in identifying potential new business leads and customers, both domestic and international.

• Proposal & Presentation Support

1. Assist in drafting and preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and partners.
2. Coordinate the gathering of data and inputs from various internal teams to compile accurate and compelling proposals.

• Client Interaction & Relationship Building

1. Support the BD team in maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients by assisting in communication and follow-up.
2. Help in scheduling meetings and preparing necessary documentation for client discussions.

• Tracking Sales Metrics & Reporting

1. Assist in tracking business development performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline health, and sales forecasts.
2. Help prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal review.

• Land Acquisition (LA) Intern KRAs

• Land Identification & Due Diligence

1. Assist in identifying potential land parcels suitable for solar projects based on criteria like location, accessibility, and infrastructure.
2. Help in conducting preliminary due diligence on landowners, land titles, and legal clearances.

• Legal & Documentation Support

1. Assist in preparing and organizing documents for land acquisition processes, such as agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
2. Support the team in ensuring all paperwork complies with local laws and regulations.

• Landowner Communication & Negotiation Assistance

1. Help in communicating with landowners, local agents, and external stakeholders regarding
   land acquisition terms.
2. Assist in organizing meetings and preparing necessary materials for negotiations and agreements.

• Site Visit & Data Collection

1. Support in coordinating and attending site visits for land assessments.
2. Gather data on site conditions, including land topography, proximity to grid, and environmental factors.
