Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Interior and Construction Site Supervisor with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to oversee and coordinate interior fit-out and construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in construction drawings, interior detailing, material execution, vendor management, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities for residential and commercial interior or civil construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and quality standards.
• Monitor and control material usage, inventory, and procurement at the site.
• Handle on-site workforce, assign tasks, and track daily progress.
• Maintain project schedule and ensure timely completion of site milestones.
• Ensure safety compliance and cleanliness at the construction site.
• Identify and resolve any technical or execution issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.
• Inspect workmanship and material quality during execution.
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for timely resource availability.
• Conduct site measurements, verify billing quantities, and support billing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in site supervision for interior/execution works.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, MEP coordination, civil works, carpentry, painting, false ceiling, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic project documentation tools.
• Ability to handle multiple sites if required.

• Leadership and team-handling capabilities.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Flexibility to travel to different project locations.
• Experience in turnkey projects is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
