Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with residential, commercial, or retail design projects, and be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit, or Photoshop, along with strong client handling and site coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on end-to-end design projects from concept development to execution
• Create mood boards, design concepts, layouts, and space planning proposals
• Prepare detailed drawings, working plans, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, site engineers, and contractors
• Select furniture, materials, lighting, and finishes as per project scope
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with plans
• Assist senior designers/project managers in project documentation
• Ensure timely delivery of designs and adherence to budget constraints

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, V-Ray, and Microsoft Office
• Experience with 3Ds Max, Revit or Lumion is a plus
• Strong knowledge of color theory, materials, fabrics, and lighting
• Understanding of building codes, design standards, and ergonomics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering
• 2–3 years of work experience in a design firm or independent practice
• Portfolio showcasing past work across different project types
• Good communication and client interaction skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

Preferred Experience:

• Residential, commercial, retail or hospitality projects
• On-site experience and vendor coordination
• Experience working with design software and presentation tools
• Prior work under a senior designer or architectural firm
