Interior CAD Drafter

We are searching for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Draughtsperson with 2 to 3 years of professional experience to become a part of our innovative design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise architectural and interior drawings that facilitate project execution. The perfect candidate will work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to transform design concepts into comprehensive, construction-ready documentation. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed 2D architectural drawings, which include floor plans, elevations, sections, and interior layouts using AutoCAD or similar software. Assist in space planning, furniture layout development, and material specification processes. Collaborate with project stakeholders, such as designers, consultants, and contractors, to guarantee timely approvals and updates. Ensure that all drawings adhere to relevant codes and local building regulations. Keep project files organized and up to date throughout all design phases. Incorporate revisions and feedback from the team and clients accurately. Participate in site visits for measurements, supervision, or design validation as needed. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in interior drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD and a solid understanding of drafting principles and interior detailing. Familiarity with materials, finishes, and joinery details used in interior construction. Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings effectively. Excellent communication skills and strong time management abilities. Keen attention to detail and technical accuracy in drawings. Preferred (Optional) Skills: Working knowledge of design and rendering tools like Photoshop, Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape. Experience with Revit, BIM workflows, or similar software is an advantage. Background in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.
