Interim Chief of Staff

As a freelance consulting marketplace connecting freelancers and independent consultants with organizations seeking independent talent, you will be working with our client, a growth equity fund company that is looking to engage with a Chief of Staff. In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Founder of a growing FMCG venture to drive strategic priorities and translate vision into actionable plans. Your responsibilities will include improving sales forecast, distribution, inventory planning, and overall growth. Additionally, you will lead and manage key cross-functional projects focusing on scaling and efficiency. Your analytical and consulting skills will be crucial in generating data-driven insights to support critical decisions. Moreover, preparing high-quality reports, dashboards, and communication materials for leadership and investors will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess 10-12 years of experience as a Strategy Consultant within the FMCG sector. A deep understanding of FMCG operations, particularly in sales and distribution, will be essential. You must demonstrate the ability to work closely with senior leadership and drive alignment within the organization.
