You should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Pega, along with a PEGA CSSA certification and at least 1 year of experience in Pega 8 implementation. Your skills should include a strong understanding of Object-Oriented programming concepts, RDBMS concepts, and basic Core Java knowledge. It is crucial to ensure compliance with Guardrails, coding standards, UI standards, and Best Practices. You must have a good understanding of Data Modeling in Pega and various Pega concepts and rule types such as Activities, Functions, Data Transforms, Authentication Service, Reporting, Agents, and Ruleset Management. The role will require you to design business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks, taking ownership of technical deliverables and driving small teams technically. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing Pega standard-compliant applications/modules, as well as working with Web services, Connect SOAP, MQ, and other interface protocols. Experience in integrating PEGA with external systems using Connect and Service protocols is essential. You should demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, drawing upon your hands-on development experience with Pega software. The ability to translate complex business requirements into functional technical requirements using Pega Systems Smart BPM methodology and DCO tools is a must. You should have strong experience in scoping, planning, and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles across multiple release cycles.
