Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Encourage childrens social, emotional, and intellectual development. Monitor and track the progress of each child. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress. Maintain a clean and safe classroom. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience. Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions. Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. (NTT, ECCE, or B.Ed qualification). Previous experience working with young children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching. Ability to create a safe and engaging learning environment. Basic understanding of child development principles. Fluency in English.
