As the primary point of contact for advertisers post-sales closure, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth onboarding processes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with internal teams such as Tech, Legal, Finance, and Operations to complete necessary processes for advertiser launch. Additionally, you will manage and oversee the integration process to ensure advertisers are successfully set up on the platform. Working closely with the technical team, you will troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues and guide advertisers through various integration methods including S2S, API, XML, and mobile app tracking using MMPs.
