Insurance sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves actively seeking out new clients, promoting insurance products, and providing financial protection solutions tailored to customers' needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of insurance products, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through various channels (leads, cold calls, field visits, referrals, etc.).
• Present and sell various insurance products such as life, health, motor, property, or commercial insurance.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support including policy servicing and claim assistance.
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Stay updated on insurance product offerings, market trends, and competitors.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Participate in promotional activities, sales campaigns, and training programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Finance).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services.
• IRDAI certification (if required by region) or willingness to obtain it.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
