Job Description:

Policy Renewals: Call customers before their insurance policy expires to remind them about renewing it.
Customer Service: Answer customer questions and help them understand their insurance renewal options.
Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of your conversations and transactions with customers.
Customer Retention: Help keep our customers happy and encourage them to renew their policies.
Compliance: Follow company rules and legal guidelines when handling renewals.

Requirements:

Good verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
No English required; you can communicate in the language you are comfortable with.
Only a mobile phone is needed for the job.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
