Job Title: Instructional Designer Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging and effective learning content. The ideal candidate will be experienced in e-learning development tools and LMS platforms, with a strong ability to translate complex topics into clear, interactive, and visually appealing training materials. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop instructional content for e-learning, classroom, and blended learning environments. Utilize tools like Articulate 360 , Moodle , Canva , and PowerPoint to create engaging courses and materials. Develop storyboards, course outlines, and scripts based on content collected from subject matter experts. Apply principles of instructional design and storytelling to create impactful learning experiences. Upload, manage, and maintain content on Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly Moodle. Conduct quality reviews and revisions based on feedback and learning analytics. Must-Have Qualifications: Proven experience in instructional design, particularly for adult learners or corporate training. Proficiency in Moodle and other LMS platforms. Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 , Canva , and Microsoft PowerPoint . Strong storytelling ability and experience in content gathering from SMEs. Familiarity with SCORM/AICC compliance and LMS publishing standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Communication, or a related field.
