Location: Surat | Full-Time

Role: Institutional Sales Executive (B2B Sales)

Job Experience: 1-2 years

Key Responsibilities: -

Lead Generation and Prospecting

  • Identify potential institutional clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities

Sales Presentations and Sample Tasting

  • Prepare and deliver compelling Institutional sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and interests of each client.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues promptly.

Sales Strategy and Business Development

  • Develop and implement effective Institutional sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Create sales plans and set performance goals.
  • Identify new markets, industries, and clients for sales.
  • Analyze customer needs to optimize sales performance.
  • Set and achieve annual and quarterly sales targets.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for management review.

Event Participation and Networking

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Build and expand professional networks to support business development efforts.

Negotiation & Closing

  • Engage in negotiations and close sales deals to maximize revenue for the company

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions for the team.

What We’re Looking For:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or Marketing
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Willingness to travel
