Quality of Installation and FR Policy & Process Compliance Ensure that the organisations processes and policies are adhered to. Provide regular input to keeping our processes in alignment with our service philosophy Easy & Simple. Provide input to planning, training and quality as applicable. Customer Satisfaction Ensure that all necessary actions are taken based on the annual CSAT survey. Take quick action on input provided by the Central Quality and Process Improvement team (monthly tracker) to correct processes and / or any undertake other tactical measures. People Management and Development Select, Develop and Retain quality manpower (in-sourced manpower). Provide timely and necessary input to people on performance. Ensure that the KPIs and SLAs are understood and communicated to all individuals (such as ISP owners, coordinators, Team Leaders, Engineers and our in-sourced manpower). Maintain transparency in dealing with people and performance management. Productivity and Cost Effectiveness Improve productivity continuously (without compromising quality) and therefore, keep costs at optimum levels.

Role & responsibilities Lock Installation and Repair: This includes installing, repairing, and replacing different types of locks (mechanical, electronic, etc.) on doors, windows, and other fixtures. Key Cutting and Duplication: Ability to cut new keys and duplicate existing keys using manual and automated methods. Access Control Systems: Knowledge of access control systems like keypads, card readers, and biometric systems, including installation, programming, and troubleshooting. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving lock and security system malfunctions, including identifying faulty components and making necessary repairs. Reading Blueprints and Technical Diagrams: Understanding technical drawings and specifications related to lock installation and security systems. Lock Picking and Manipulation: Knowing how to pick locks or manipulate them open using specialized tools, often in emergency situations. Basic Electrical Knowledge: Understanding electrical components and circuits related to electronic locks and security systems. Preferred candidate profile

Role & responsibilities Dealer Management Appoint, onboard, and monitor performance of district-level dealers. Train dealers on products, government scheme, and sales process. Ensure regular coordination and motivation through reviews and incentive tracking. Installation Oversight Appoint, onboard, and monitor performance of district-level dealers. Track installation schedules and ensure timely completion within government-mandated deadlines (e.g., 60/120 days). Supervise installation partners and resolve on-ground challenges. Conduct periodic field visits to ensure execution quality. Quality Control Ensure installations meet technical and quality standards. Monitor site photos, installation checklists, and compliance reports. Address rework, customer complaints, and faulty installations. Dispatch & Logistics Coordinate with warehouse and transporters for timely dispatches to dealer/farmer location. Ensure no mismatch in component bundling (pump, module, controller, structure, etc.). Flag and fulfil short material within defined timelines. Stock Assessment Maintain real-time stock visibility with WMS/SAP tools. Conduct monthly physical stock audits at warehouse/dealer points. Raise requisition requests based on projected demand and buffer norms. District Office File Submission Prepare and submit physical files (JSA, farmer KYC, land documents) to DISCOM/District Offices. Track file approval timelines and resolve any objections in coordination with the dealer. Government Portal Uploads Ensure timely and error-free uploads of pump serial numbers, installation photos, and farmer data on state/National portals (MSEDCL, MEDA, MNRE, etc.).
