As an Insolvency Lawyer specializing in NCLT Cases, you will be responsible for managing and handling insolvency filings under the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). Your role will involve guiding clients through the insolvency process, ensuring compliance with bankruptcy laws, and representing clients in NCLT cases. Your main responsibilities will include preparing, submitting, and monitoring insolvency filings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) to ensure accuracy and timeliness. You will also be required to represent clients in NCLT cases, including insolvency petitions, corporate debt restructuring, and liquidation proceedings. Legal research and documentation play a crucial role in this position. You will need to conduct thorough legal research on insolvency laws, draft petitions, applications, and other necessary legal documents for NCLT proceedings. Furthermore, you will be expected to provide expert legal advice to clients, assisting them in understanding their rights throughout the NCLT process and representing their interests in insolvency matters. Compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, performing due diligence, and preparing reports for clients and regulatory bodies will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you must hold an LLB (Bachelor of Law) degree from a recognized university and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in handling NCLT cases, insolvency petitions, and corporate debt restructuring.
