Key responsibilities include cross-selling wealth and business banking products like Trade Forex, Insurance, and Investments, conducting regular portfolio reviews, and enhancing product penetration. The role requires close collaboration with product specialists and Client Experience Managers to deliver tailored financial solutions and superior service. Adherence to compliance, improving documentation quality, and driving 360 client engagement are critical to achieving success in this role.
