Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized counselling sessions to understand students' goals and challenges.
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.) to improve customer experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Fluent in

  English & Kannada

  (mandatory)
• 02 years of relevant experience
