    Role Overview
    We are seeking a dynamicand result-oriented Inside Sales Manager/Business Development Executive with 7-10 years of experience to drive our business bygenerating strong leads pipeline across all service andproduct lines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, apassion for sales, and the ability to inspire and manage a team of Inside SalesExecutives to achieve consistent lead targets.

    Requirements Key Responsibilities
    • Drivebusiness by generating strong leads pipeline across serviceand product lines.
    • Inspireand manage the Inside Sales team , setting monthly lead targetsand tracking performance.
    • Defineand continuously improve lead generation processes andgovernance.
    • Developand enhance ISR scripts and database quality to improve conversion rates.
    • Hire,train, and mentor Inside Sales Representatives on best leadgeneration practices.
    • Leverage automation tools and technologies to improve efficiency inlead generation and tracking.
    • Conductsmart campaigns based on market trends and seasonal opportunities.
    • Qualifyprospects, conduct follow-ups, and schedule meetings with the Sales Team.
    • Maintainconsistency in process adherence and communication for the entire team.
    • Collaboratewith the Sales Team to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
    • Trackand report ISR metrics and performance to senior management.
      Candidate Profile
      • Provenexperience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Email Marketing, andCold Calling .
      • Quicklearner with knowledge of Data Analytics, Tech Modernization, andemerging technologies .
      • Graduatein Business Management with specialization in Sales & Marketing .
      • Minimum 65% score in Graduation.
      • Excellentverbal and written communication skills .
      • Strong industry research and market intelligence capabilities.
      • Hungerto grow rapidly and drive revenue under management.
