Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and digital inquiries.
  • Identify potential clients in the logistics and chemical sectors and qualify leads.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding customer needs and proposing suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with field sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and contract documents.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in developing targeted campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
