Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive based in Pune with 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar sales, telecalling, or client acquisition role. The ideal candidate will be confident, persuasive, and passionate about engaging clients and promoting professional services. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
• Promote services like GST, Income Tax, Company Registration, Compliance, and Legal Advisory.
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services.
• Maintain and update CRM and databases.
• Follow up with leads consistently for closure.
• Fix appointments for senior consultants and track sales cycle.
• Meet daily/weekly lead and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BA, or related fields.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development (preferably in professional services).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Basic knowledge of taxation/compliance is a plus.
• Strong follow-up and client handling skills.
• Comfortable with MS Office and CRM tools.
