Role to be Performed: Responsible for customer service operations of the branch office. Manage Inside Sales team members to ensure all requirements of customers are effectively fulfilled Attend to all escalations from customers and provide the best resolution to them. Proactively seek opportunities for process improvements through ongoing review of processes/ methods of data collection and report preparation to create efficiencies and eliminate non-value-added work. Provide mentoring and training to team members and review their performance on a periodic basis. Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships As per the situation, be able to perform multi-tasks duties for ensuring inside sales targets are met for the branch. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the inside sales process, interpersonal skills, and good communication skills. Previous experience in a tele sales role is an advantage. Qualifications & Skills: Any Graduate with 3-4 years' experience out of which a minimum one year should be of team handling. Team Management skills with hands-on experience in Excel and report preparation. Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency with computers, software applications, phone systems, CRM etc. Business goal-oriented, ability to achieve business targets consistently. What do we offer?
