Inquiry & Admissions Coordinator

Job Description: ThinkRight is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inquiry & Admissions Coordinator to join the Education Centre team located in Galleria Market, Gurugram. As the Inquiry & Admissions Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing both inbound and outbound communication, addressing inquiries, and guiding prospective parents through the admission process. Your focus will be on ensuring effective communication and fostering positive relationships within the school community. Your main responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries through various communication channels with professionalism and accuracy, and conducting timely follow-ups to convert potential leads into admissions. It will be essential to maintain accurate records of all interactions and communications in the school's database. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the admissions and administration teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience for parents. This position requires a commitment of 6 days a week, with half-day work on Saturdays. A 2-year commitment is necessary for this role. The working hours are during the day shift, and the work location is in person at the Education Centre in Galleria Market.
