We are looking for an experienced Farm Manager to take full responsibility for field operations including crop planning, labour management, and yield execution for our integrated farming unit in Samrala, Punjab . This is a long-term, performance-driven role with growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage land preparation, sowing, fertilisation, irrigation, and harvesting of: Wheat, Potatoes - Open-field Tomatoes (Pollytunnel Fodder crops: Napier Grass, Alfalfa, Maize Supervise daily labour, assign tasks, and maintain productivity Schedule irrigation and monitor pest/disease control operations Operate or oversee tractors, tillers, choppers, and sprayers Handle harvest planning, bundling, silage prep, and storage logistics Submit weekly photo updates and yield reports to the owner Maintain basic records for input usage, labour, and machine hours Candidate Requirements Graduate in Agriculture or related field (B.Sc. Agri preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience managing full crop cycles Strong in labour handling, irrigation scheduling, and input budgeting Comfortable with reporting and field-based SOPs Preference for those who have stayed 3+ years in previous farm jobs Benefits & Salary 42,000 60,000/month fixed salary Yearly Performance increment Free on-site 1BHK accommodation with utilities Fuel allowance or farm two-wheeler for field movement Weekly day off + supportive and respectful work culture
