Key Responsibilities: Plan lab experiments and characterize as per experimental design input on assigned projects. Cross functional coordination with production/QC team to ensure smooth scale up of new product technology. Analysis of customer complaints to provide the appropriate corrective/ preventive action. Respond to customer requirements through customer visits, managing customer lab requests and work prioritization. Essential Qualifications: Should be a postgraduate in chemistry/ industrial chemistry/ polymers. Minimum 8-10 Years experience in flexible packaging ink development. Should have good knowledge on solvent base ink formulation and its raw materials. Familiarity with printing press operations and client trouble shooting
