Injection Moulding Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of injection moulding machine operators, setters, and helpers.
• Ensure proper setup, adjustment, and operation of moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Monitor production schedules to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Troubleshoot moulding issues (defects, cycle problems, etc.) and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain moulding machine parameters and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct training and development of team members on process improvement, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with quality and maintenance departments to reduce downtime and rejections.
• Maintain shift logs, production records, and reports as required.
• Enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
