Roles & Responsibilities: Inbound/Outbound Sales Calls : Handle calls transferred by the Telemarketing (TM) team to qualify, engage, and convert potential customers. Sales Conversion : Drive hardcore sales by promoting and selling our services to international clients. Client Engagement : Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, including client follow-ups and agreement closures. Telemarketing Support : Make outbound calls through dialer/manual methods as required, ensuring a high conversion rate.
