Urgent Hiring for MNC Company In-House Document Verification (International Process)

Designation:

In-House Document Verification International Logistics Process

Work Timings:

Flexible Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)

Job Responsibilities:

For All Candidates (Freshers & Experienced):

Verify inward & outward goods using shipment and transaction documents.

Check and validate documentation provided by vendors before giving final approval.

Ensure all required documents (e.g., invoices, delivery challans, shipping papers) are in place and accurate.

Maintain systematic records for all verified transactions.

Additional Responsibilities for Experienced Candidates (12 Years):

Coordinate with international vendors and internal teams to resolve document discrepancies.

Perform audits and ensure compliance with international logistics/documentation standards.

Use ERP tools or internal platforms to track, manage, and update document flows.

Urgent document approvals with minimal supervision.

Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in verification.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience:

Freshers are welcome.

Priority given to candidates with 12 years of experience in logistics, documentation, or supply chain roles.

Skills:

Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)

Basic computer knowledge is mandatory

For experienced candidates, working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Tally, or ERP software (SAP/Oracle) preferred

Understanding of logistics workflows and documentation such as AWB, BOL, invoices, packing lists is a plus

Salary:

Freshers: CTC 2.60 2.70 LPA

Experienced: Salary based on current/last CTC + performance in the interview
