Role & responsibilities Lead generation, strategies specifically targeted at scalable CaaS opportunities. Implement the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for CaaS offerings across India. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with large industrial and commercial clients, government agencies, consultants, Real-estate development agencies in cooling domains. Develop tailored energy and cooling solutions based on client needs, technical requirements, and strategic objectives. Lead contract structuring and negotiations for CaaS projects, ensuring commercial viability and risk mitigation. Own and drive the Business targets, profitability and customer satisfaction. Conduct marketing outreach programme for awareness on CaaS, through advocacy, seminars, LinkedIn campaigns etc Preferred candidate profile Master of Business Administration (MBA) coupled with a Bachelors degree in engineering, technology, or related field (Electrical/Power Engineering/ Mechanical / Renewable Energy). Minimum of 12-15 years of successful experience in the infrastructure sectors – focused on HVAC, Data Center, Industrial Cooling. Should have working experience in with MEP (Mech. Electrical and Plumbing), FMS (Facility Management Services). Deep understanding of the EaaS business model, particularly in the industrial IOT, Building Codes, Data Analytics, Cooling, and related domains. Experience in Indian market along with competitor analysis for B2B and Government Clients. Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, as well as work independently.
