Role & responsibilities Recruitment Collaborate with Team and Clients to determine staffing needs and job requirements Source potential candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess applicant skills and fit Coordinate interviews and feedback between candidates and hiring managers. Be present in interviews as client requires it. Manage the candidate selection process, including extending job offers and negotiating employment terms Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, following Reviews strictly New Client Acquisition support Identify and research potential clients through various channels- Internal & External Initiate contact with prospective clients and present the company's products and services. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth. Collaborate with the BD Lead to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to generate leads. Track and report on metrics and evaluate progress in monthly performance review Adherence to the Culture Assist in day-to-day operations and tasks, follow weekly meeting, monthly Review, Quarterly Open house meetings Provide exceptional customer service without any escalations Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency, support other team members as needed Adhere to company policies and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment Travel for client meetings and other related meetings Preferred candidate profile B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/ Civil. 2-5 years experience as a Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and best practices Ability to effectively manage multiple open positions and prioritize workload Highly organized and detail-oriented Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems Eagerness to learn about new client acquisition, Business development Willingness to travel as part of the job, genuine, energetic and curious to learn new things. Ability to work as a team and thrive for results Knowledge Good knowledge in recruitment & hiring Manufacturing & Engineering industries Develop presentations and strong Excel skills Following and developing contents for social media Understanding on the compliance and salary structure. Skill Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Mail drafting skills Working with a team efficiently

In this role, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent for infrastructure and IT operations roles, including but not limited to network engineers, system administrators, cloud infrastructure specialists, and DevOps professionals. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to understand role requirements and project needs. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various infrastructure positions. Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation. Maintain a robust ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with up-to-date candidate information. Stay current with industry trends in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and DevOps. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Coordinate and schedule technical assessments and interviews. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field. 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably with a focus on infrastructure roles. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (e.g., networking, cloud platforms, virtualization, security). Experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.) and ATS tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience hiring for roles such as Network Engineer, System Administrator, Cloud Architect, DevOps Engineer, etc. Familiarity with infrastructure tools and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Cisco, VMware). Technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Recruiter, LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter) are a plus.
