Infrastructure Engineering Lead Analyst

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The creation of automated discovery plans with ownership of discovery support
• Maintaining CMDB including: data updates, CI creation/retirement, integration maintenance (service graph connectors and custom)
• Integrating the CMDB with other books of records across the technology organization
• Driving service owners across the technology to ensure the CMDB remains healthy and up to date
• Identifying key performance indicators and developing dashboards capable of tracking CMDB health and identifying areas where focus is needed

• Strong time and project management skills.
• Familiarity with most of the following technologies - JavaScript, Angular
• Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.
• Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example.
• 6 to 8 Years of experience required.
• 6+ years' experience managing CMDB discovery execution and patterns.
• 5+ years' experience in automation technologies: Ansible, Phython and Powershell.
• 5+ years' experience in CMDB management in ServiceNow
• ITIL v3+ certification
• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to define and develop customized solutions that meet business requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet project deadlines.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines and/or after-hours support.
