Infrastructure BIM Technician

As part of the development of its MENA business, and overall global growth, our India operations will represent Cundall as our Regional Centre of excellence to support mainly MENA region for Data Centre design, Civil Engineering, Sustainability, Structures and Building Services.

• Support the creation of infrastructure and utility models using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Produce clear and accurate drawings for roads, drainage, and utility networks
• Assist with surface modelling, corridor alignments, and earthworks volumes
• Coordinate with engineers and senior technicians to ensure timely delivery of design packages
• Learn and apply quality control procedures for model and drawing production
• Participate in design reviews and help resolve coordination issues under guidance

• A diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience working in an infrastructure or design environment (internships or academic projects also considered)
• Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Familiarity with utility systems such as stormwater, sewer, or water networks is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
