What will you be doing

Information Technology Intern (FTC)

• IT Systems Support

  : Assist with the day-to-day support of all internal hotel IT systems, minimizing any system outages and ensuring smooth operations.

• Issue Tracking & Reporting

  : Record any IT-related issues that arise and communicate them to the IT Manager, ensuring that any issues requiring further attention are addressed promptly.

• System Improvement Suggestions

  : Identify potential areas for improvement within the hotel's IT systems and recommend these improvements to the IT Manager.

• Guest IT Support

  : Communicate with the hotel Business Center Team to assist with any guest-related IT requirements and ensure a seamless IT experience for guests.

What are we looking for

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualities and qualifications:

• IT Experience

  : Previous experience in IT, preferably within the hotel, leisure, or service sectors.

• Technical Skills

  : Familiarity with Microsoft systems and applications. Knowledge of hotel applications, such as Fidelio and Micros, is preferred.

• Organizational & Interpersonal Skills

  : Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with both team members and guests.

• Current Technical Knowledge

  : Up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and technical skills to support hotel IT systems effectively.
