These values include: - Safety first - Ensuring everyone goes home safe and well - Client focus - Delivering on our promises - Integrity - Always doing the right thing - Create opportunity - Providing opportunities for our people to excel Your responsibilities will include: - Effectively communicating with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders - Developing an understanding of ISO19650 and relevant standards for clients - Ensuring security protocols are followed for viewing and issuing information on all projects - Participating in industry events to stay up to date on the latest BIM developments - Reviewing current technology solutions and researching new solutions to improve the BIM process - Providing construction sequencing strategy using information models - Supporting the implementation of governance and assurance processes - Assisting the Mace cost team in preparing cost plans from information models - Supporting object library development in alignment with wider BIM strategy - Developing the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, and EIR) as per ISO 19650 - Providing support during the assurance of the information model and its production - Collaborating closely with the Mace PM and design teams on procedural elements and compliance with the Mace way - Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and sharing responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during work delivery To qualify for this role, you will need: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Experience in projects of a similar nature Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
