As a Senior UX Designer at our rapidly growing and highly-innovative data and services Product Development team, you will play a crucial role in designing Proof-of-Concepts and Minimum Viable Data Products (MVPs) using human-centric design principles and rapid prototyping methodologies such as Lean UX and Design Thinking. Your primary focus will be on creating data-driven experiences that solve complex business challenges in the B2B and B2B2C arenas. Collaborating with a cross-functional team, you will participate in "Design Thinking" workshops to ensure optimal digital data products by leveraging existing design patterns and contributing to Mastercard's design pattern library. Your role will involve defining the next generation of data products, driving experimentation, and shaping the future of Mastercard's growth through innovative design solutions. In this position, you will work on future state conceptual designs, striving to improve the quality of product design overall. You will closely partner with brand & marketing teams to deliver delightful and highly usable transactional experiences while working with technology teams to implement modern presentation layer practices and forward-thinking technologies. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring that designs strike a balance between optimizing business objectives and enhancing user engagement, in close collaboration with product managers. Additionally, you will liaise with regional and country teams to ensure that designs cater to the diverse needs of a global user base. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in developing User Personas, user journeys, rapid prototyping, and creating compelling visual mockups and prototypes. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Experience Design, and Adobe Illustrator is required, along with an understanding of complex information architectures for digital applications. While not mandatory, additional experience in Visual Design and UX Research would be considered a plus. We are looking for individuals who have previously worked in a world-class UX team, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about creating data-driven experiences. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design for Interactive Media or equivalent experience is preferred, along with a portfolio showcasing design work across various form factors. If you are an empathetic champion of the user, possess a defensible point-of-view on UI design methodologies, and are committed to continuous learning and innovation in the field of design, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to shape the future of Mastercard through impactful product design.,
