We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Technical Lead to provide strategic leadership and technical expertise for our enterprise MDM initiatives. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: In this senior role, you will define and drive the MDM strategy, architecture, and governance framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise data management practices You will collaborate with executive stakeholders, business units, and IT teams to establish a unified approach to master data across the organization, while providing thought leadership on MDM best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends Key Responsibilities Leadership Define and evolve the enterprise MDM vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives Serve as the principal advisor to business and IT leadership on MDM capabilities, opportunities, and implementation approaches Establish governance structures, policies, and processes for sustainable master data management Drive cultural change and promote data stewardship across the organization using Informatica CDGC Lead MDM implementation programs from conceptualization to executionDefine program governance frameworks, milestone plans, and success metricsCoordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data stewards, data owners, Digital, and vendors Provide technical direction to development teams implementing and maintaining MDM solutions Resolve complex architectural challenges related to data integration, quality, and synchronization Architecture, Design, and DevelopDesign, configure, and manage Informatica MDM solutions to consolidate and unify master data Implement Matching, Survivorship, and Deduplication rules to ensure Golden Records Create reference architectures for master data hubs, data quality processes, and integration layers Design, implement, and manage Informatica CDGC solutions for data governance and metadata management YOU HAVE: A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field Master's degree preferred Previous experience in or with 10+ years experience in data management with at least 5 years focused on MDM strategy and architecture Required Skills: Proven experience leading enterprise-wide MDM programs and implementing MDM solutions across multiple domains Deep knowledge of MDM architectural patterns, implementation approaches, and best practices Experience with Informatica MDM Platform Working knowledge of Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and Address Doctor Experience in cloud data platforms like Snowflake, AWS Data integration and transformation using tools such as dbt, Matillion, HVR Expertise in data governance and metadata management using Informatica CDGC Extensive experience in data modeling, metadata management, and data quality practices Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and executives Experience developing MDM business cases, roadmaps, and value realization frameworks Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with agile development methodologies

P2 Grade- (3+ to 5 yrs) -> CTC -> 11.50 LPA Max P3 Grade (5 to 8 yrs) CTC -> 21 LPA Max POSITION SUMMARY This role is accountable to develop, expand and optimize Data Management Architecture, Design & Implementation under Singtel Data Platform & Management 1. Design, develop and implement data governance and management solution, data quality, Privacy, protection & associated control technology solutions as per best industry practice. 2. Review, evaluate and implement Data Management standards primarily Data Classification, Data Retention across systems. 3. Design, develop and implement Automated Data Discovery rules to identify presence of PII attributes. 4. Drive development, optimization, testing and tooling to improve overall data control management (Security, Data Privacy, protection, Data Quality) 5. Review, analyze, benchmark, and approve solution design from product companies, internal teams, and vendors. 6. Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned and conformed to the data landscape, big data architecture guidelines and roadmap. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESULTS 1 Design and implement data management standards like Catalog Management, Data Quality, Data Classification, Data Retention 2 Drive BAU process, testing and tooling to improve data security, privacy, and protection 3 Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, control and optimizing data technology service delivery. 4 Implement and support Data Management Technology solution throughout lifecycle like user onboarding, upgrades, fixes, access management etc.. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Category Essential for this role Education and Qualifications Diploma in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
