Conduct detailed analysis of client s manufacturing processes, identify gaps, and recommend best practices for process improvement and system optimization. Lead and actively participate in the implementation and configuration of Infor LN Manufacturing modules, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables. Provide expert guidance and support to clients during the entire project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, and post-go-live support. Perform system upgrades and enhancements, specifically focusing on Infor LN version upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations and maximizing the benefits of the upgraded system. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to promote effective utilization of Infor LN Manufacturing functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of Infor LN Manufacturing solutions with other business systems and processes. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Infor LN Manufacturing, attending training sessions and acquiring relevant certifications as required. Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants within the team. Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations, to showcase the value and capabilities of Infor LN Manufacturing solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Infor LN Manufacturing are highly desirable. Minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Infor LN Manufacturing solutions, including hands-on experience with Infor LN version upgrade projects. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including but not limited to, production planning, scheduling, shop floor control, quality management, inventory management, and procurement. Proficient in configuring and customizing Infor LN Manufacturing modules to meet specific business requirements. In-depth understanding of Infor LN architecture, data models, and integration methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide practical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results. Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a global and multicultural environment. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
