Influencer Marketing Associate

As an Influencer Marketing Associate at Twenty7 Inc. in Delhi, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of influencer campaigns on popular platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding relevant influencers, leading negotiations to secure collaborations, coordinating briefing and content approvals, and ensuring timely campaign execution. It will be essential for you to track campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement, reach, and conversions, and to prepare detailed Excel reports. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be expected to handle multiple brand campaigns simultaneously while staying disciplined under pressure. Additionally, you will be required to present campaign updates and results to internal teams. To excel in this role, you should have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing or Social Media, including internships. You must be proficient in influencer outreach, coordination, or managing social campaigns, possess strong negotiation skills to close influencer collaborations, and demonstrate excellent communication skills that are proactive, clear, and relationship-driven. Advanced proficiency in Excel for budget tracking, content calendars, and KPI reporting is essential. Your ability to work onsite in Delhi, meet strict deadlines, and deliver under pressure will be crucial. Moreover, you should be highly disciplined, well-organized, and effective at multitasking.
