Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Industrial Sales Executive to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales of industrial lubricants, oils, or vibrants, with strong knowledge of industrial sectors and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the industrial lubricant and vibrants segment.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Generate leads, prepare technical/commercial proposals, and close sales deals.
Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and site assessments.
Collaborate with the technical team to provide product demonstrations and application support.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive strategy.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts in CRM tools.
Key Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or related discipline; MBA (Marketing) is a plus.
4–5 years of proven experience in industrial/B2B sales, preferably in lubricants, oils, or allied products.
Good technical understanding of lubricant applications across various industrial segments.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
