We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Telecommunications Sales Engineer to manage and expand our business with government clients (B2G) in the Nagpur region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer technical requirements, offering suitable telecom solutions, and ensuring end-to-end coordination for government tenders, proposals, and project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with government departments, PSUs, and public sector clients in the Nagpur region.
Identify business opportunities in telecommunications infrastructure, services, and networking solutions.
Prepare and present technical proposals, demos, and RFP responses as per tender requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project, and finance) to build competitive bids and solutions.
Track and follow up on government tenders, GEM portal listings, and procurement processes.
Conduct site visits, technical evaluations, and coordinate pre-sales and post-sales support.
Stay updated with government procurement policies, budget cycles, and decision-making hierarchies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field (engineering preferred).
2–5 years of experience in B2G/government sales, preferably in telecom or IT hardware.
Strong understanding of telecom technologies (fiber, wireless, networking) and solutions.
Familiarity with GEM portal, tender bidding, and government procurement norms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
Ability to travel locally for client meetings and project coordination.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
