Role & responsibilities ; Spend & Business Unit Coverage Oversee NPR procurement for all business units in India. Vendor & Supplier Management Maintain reliable supplier relationships, ensure performance, and explore alternative sourcing. Data & Reporting – Provide procurement insights, optimize purchasing data, and support forecasting. Procurement Process – Ensure an efficient 'Purchase-to-Pay' process aligned with organizational needs. Compliance & Standards – Adhere to corporate policies, HSE regulations, and audit requirements. Requisition & Quotation Handling – Manage purchase requisitions, request and compare supplier quotations. Order & Delivery Management – Process purchase orders, ensure on-time, in-full delivery, and maintain documentation. Invoice & Budget Control – Oversee vendor payments, ensure budget compliance, and enforce supplier adherence to company policies. Preferred candidate profile : Professional Bachelor Degree required Min 5-7 years of Indirect Buying ERP experience –SAP, Coupa
