As a ROC Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients meet all regulatory requirements related to company incorporation and compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage the entire process of company incorporation, including documentation and filing with the Registrar of Companies (ROC). Ensure timely and accurate ROC filings to maintain compliance with statutory requirements. Assist clients in understanding and fulfilling their ROC compliance obligations. Prepare and maintain records of all incorporation and compliance activities. Stay updated on changes in regulations and compliance requirements to provide informed guidance to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery. Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the incorporation process. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in incorporation services, ROC filing, and compliance. Strong understanding of the Companies Act and related regulations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
