The Senior Business Consultant at SimCorp, IC4 level, plays a vital role in delivering advanced analysis, incident management, and maintaining critical documentation. This role leverages both technical and functional expertise to provide impactful solutions using SimCorp One, collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. The consultant operates independently on routine tasks and seeks guidance only for complex or unusual issues. Key Responsibilities: Issue & Request Management: Handle and resolve complex incidents and client queries promptly to minimize operational disruption. Data & Document Maintenance: Maintain accurate data records and detailed documentation related to projects and processes. Technical Expertise & Support: Provide expert guidance for the implementation and customization of SimCorp One solutions. Independent Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot independently and recommend procedural improvements to enhance service delivery. Client & Internal Collaboration: Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to address complex requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Change Management: Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions and processes. Reports & Recommendations: Prepare and present detailed reports, analyses, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Client Meetings & Expertise: Participate actively in client meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and share expert advice. Optimization for Run: Support SaaS and business service adoption through standardization and efficiency improvements to accelerate time-to-value and profitability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SimCorp One into existing workflows seamlessly.
