Role & responsibilities Overall Responsibility: Drive digital innovation and support global business processes through SAP development. Develop and maintain advanced SAP ABAP & HANA solutions. Perform deep technology root cause analysis, performance improvement, and source code editing. Build challenging business solutions for the company's process teams. Collaborate with global teams to identify and understand business evolution points. Work in an international, distributed, and multi-functional agile team. Provide strong customer focus and regular business interaction. Perform performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting of ABAP programs in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to compliance policies and ethical standard Preferred candidate profile Expertise in advanced SAP ABAP and S/4HANA development and implementation Should have done ABAP development in SD, MM, FICO modules Experience in Manufacturing Domain is a must. Able to work as an Individual Contributor role with Ownership and Accountability Able to work with cross functional teams in India and Company's international locations. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
