Education Qualification: Graduate from a Government Recognized University

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Import Documentation Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of Import Documentation procedures and a proven track record of working with Customs Brokers in sea and air import operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Sea and Air Import Documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
• Prepare and verify Checklists, upload documents on E-Sanchit, and handle Bill of Entry filing.
• Monitor vessel and flight tracking to ensure timely arrival and clearance.
• Coordinate effectively with Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, and Console Agents for timely document collection and cargo clearance.
• Ensure accurate HS Code classification for all import consignments.
• Monitor Bill of Entry tracking through the ICEGATE portal.
• Handle compliance and follow-ups for ADC NOC, Dual Use NOC, and CDSCO NOC requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of all documents and follow up with relevant authorities for approvals.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of customs clearance processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in using ICEGATE, E-Sanchit, and other customs-related portals.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail with strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience with a licensed Customs Broker (CHA).
• Graduate degree from a Government Recognized University.
• Familiarity with current DGFT, CDSCO, and Customs policies.
• Vessel ETA tracking,
• Checklist preparation and logisys
• E-Sanchit
• Bill of entry filing
• Coordination with shipping line
• Client knowledge of product classifications
• Registration of documents for OOC
• OOC Tracking etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
