Guide junior developers through code reviews, architecture discussions, and platform best practices. Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-level views for CMDB, CSDM, and BCM health. Required Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and module implementation. Strong scripting knowledge: JavaScript, Glide API, Client/Server Scripts, UI Scripts. Proven experience with CMDB architecture, Service Mapping, Discovery, and integrations. Solid understanding and implementation experience of CSDM (v3 or higher). Hands-on experience with Business Continuity Management (BCM) workflows and modules. Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules, with alignment to ITIL v4 practices. Proficiency in ServiceNow integration methods and Integration Hub. Experience with Service Graph Connector, CMDB Health Dashboards, CSDM compliance reporting, Work Space , Service Portal and OOB Experience with ServiceNow GRC or SecOps Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Exposure to risk management and disaster recovery planning.
