Dear Candidate, We have immediate opening for Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer as a Engineer at Cheyyar (Near Kanchipuram) Role & responsibilities * Person should familiar with instrumentation and having working experience in DCS 800 X manufacturing ecosystem. * Should be able to guide the maintenance team in solving B/D's and effective preventive maintenance plan in place to achieve higher uptime / equipment reliability. * Experience in repair and calibration of various process field equipment's such as mass flow meters (vortex magnetic),Temperature, Pressure, level transmitters (Ultrasonic ) , load cell systems, networking and communication (Profibus), DCS panels trouble shooting . etc. * Implement CAPA * Should be able to read the drawings, trouble shoot mechanical & electrical faults. Should have knowledge of ISO system, documentation & possess strong analytical & communication skills. Should be able to work on PC for various reports making, able to guide & lead the team. Should be familiar with safety norms.
