The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tech industry and experience recruiting for technical roles like developers, system administrators, and data scientists. Key Responsibilities: Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical skills. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles. Manage candidate communications and offer negotiations. Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes. Qualifications: Experience recruiting for IT & Non - IT roles. Strong understanding of the tech industry and technical skills.
