Hi, We have a job opening for Permission Clearance Coordinator with a leading BPO Job Location- Hyderabad KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receiving information from Permissions Manager regarding assets required for forthcoming projects. Follow policies for permissions clearance as advised by the Manager. Obtain and record the permissions clearance of third-party illustration, photo and text assets, as proposed in the asset documentation for the products. Obtain and record the permissions clearance of third-party music, video and song lyric assets as proposed in the asset documentation for the products. Maintain accurate files and databases of all rights required/obtained. Maintain records of permissions supplier details. Compile acknowledgement copy to reflect asset ownership and sources. Track permissions budgets, and raise POs in SAP for payment of permission fees for re-use of assets. Participate in regular progress and project meetings as required.
